A pleasant stay in Cartagena
The location was reasonably convenient to the historic part of the city and the bus station. The staff at reception was reasonably helpful. The room itself was comfortable. The bathroom was fine, though, as usual in European bathrooms, the shower was not fully enclosed so water ran out onto the floor when showering. Otherwise the room was OK, and had a nice front view onto the street. Breakfast was good and had lots of choices for foods/drinks. I would stay here again if I returned to Cartagena.
A fully enclosed shower stall would’ve been nice. A friendlier staff at reception and in the breakfast room would have been welcome.

Very nice place, maybe we were unlucky with the rusty shower door but overall a great experience
Clean, nice new furniture, big tv, staff brought us slippers when we asked, very good breakfast
A little rust on the shower door which was observable and a little disgusting
